Three Ways to Work Together

Every transition is different. The right level of support depends on the complexity of the situation, the family's capacity, and how much of the process you want handled for you.

Tier 1

Self-Directed

Access to the Calm Home planning system and task framework. For families who want a clear roadmap and structured process but prefer to manage the work themselves. The dashboard walks you through every phase, every task, and every decision point — so nothing gets missed and nothing overlaps.

Tier 3 · Flagship

Transition Architect

$25,000 – $50,000

The full engagement. Dominic as the single point of accountability from the first conversation to the 90-day close. This is not move management. This is transition architecture.

The Tier 3 engagement begins before any physical work — with the financial and advisory layer that most families never get. Capital gains analysis. Prop 19 strategy. Community evaluation. Family alignment. Only then does the physical transition begin.

Financial scenario modeling
Bundled fee-only CFP consultation
Capital gains & Prop 19 strategy
Community evaluation & selection
Real estate coordination
Full move management (all of Tier 2)
CAPS aging-in-place assessment
Tech setup & onboarding
Estate sale / disposition coordination
90-day structured post-move support
Why the price is what it is: For most South Bay homeowners, the tax and financial decisions around the sale are worth more than the cost of the entire engagement. Getting Prop 19 wrong, or missing the capital gains exclusion window, can cost $100,000 or more. The advisory layer is not a luxury — it is the most important part of the process.
